We run on a single Scaleway instance in nl-ams. There is no redundancy yet. Our public uptime target is 95% best-effort. We maintain a public status page. If there’s an incident, you’ll receive an email within 2 hours. No uptime credits at this stage - this is stated clearly so you can make an informed decision. This changes when we move to multi-node infrastructure.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. Open neximo.cloud in any modern browser. On Android, you can install it to your home screen as a PWA for a full-screen native feel. No agents, no VPN, no configuration.

What happens to my files if I cancel?

We keep your files for 30 days after cancellation. You can download them via the file manager app in your session before your account closes. After 30 days, data is deleted.

What is an “active hour”?

An active hour is any hour during which you have an open session receiving input. Idle sessions (no input for 10 minutes) are automatically shut down and stop counting toward your monthly hours. The 5-minute warning toast gives you time to save and close intentionally.

Can I use Neximo on a laptop or desktop, not just a phone?

Yes. Neximo works in any browser. The phone thin client is our long-term vision, but right now you can use Neximo from any laptop, desktop, or tablet just as well.

Is my data private?

Your session runs in an isolated container. No data from your session touches the physical device you’re using. All transport is encrypted. Session containers are destroyed after your session ends. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What is a “Power app”?

Power apps are GPU or CPU-intensive applications - games, video processing, simulation tools. They cost more compute per hour to run. On the Pro plan, you get 20 hours/month of Power app time included. Personal plans do not include Power app access.
