How it works
The office stays in the vault. The phone is the window.
Neximo moves the work off the device. People use a normal-looking phone and, at their desk, a normal-looking computer. The apps and the data never live on either.
The idea in one minute
Like streaming a film instead of storing it.
Your TV shows a film without keeping a copy. Neximo shows work the same way: the phone displays a live picture of apps that run somewhere safe.
Staff sign in on their Neximo phone. Access is checked centrally, every time.
Open an app
The app starts in its own sealed space in a European data centre, for that one person.
Work as normal
The phone shows the app live and sends taps and typing back. When the session ends, nothing is left behind on the phone.
In the hand and at the desk
One phone. One cable. A full workplace.
On the move it's a phone. At a desk, connect it to a monitor with one USB-C cable, add a keyboard and mouse, and the same work appears on the big screen.
- On the move. Mail, chat, calls and documents on a familiar phone.
- At the desk. A full-screen desktop with keyboard and mouse, through one cable.
- One seat per person. The same work on both screens, without syncing anything.
- Quick to start. Apps open in about a second.
What your teams get
The everyday tools, kept in one place.
Mail, chat and calls
Conversations run on your organisation's own environment, not on a public service.
Documents and browser
Open, edit and share files without them ever landing on the phone.
One console for IT
Add people, decide who gets which apps, and switch off a lost phone in seconds.
Common questions
What people ask us first.
What if the network drops?
Short interruptions are absorbed, and you carry on where you were. During a longer outage the phone shows a reconnect screen; your work is safe in the data centre in the meantime.
Why a Neximo phone, not our own phones?
On a personal phone you inherit software you can't inspect or control. Our phone runs only Neximo, so you know exactly what is on it: nothing of yours.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No. Most organisations start with one team, alongside their current devices, and grow from there.
Does it work with the tools we use?
Neximo covers mail, browser, office documents, chat and calls, including web-based office suites. We'll go through your specific apps in the first conversation.
